Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By using the Site, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

• Retail (D2C) customers may check out as a guest for eligible orders, or create an account.
• B2B/bulk purchases require a registered account and are subject to our minimum order quantity (currently 10 units of the 200g pack) and any other B2B terms shown on the relevant product page.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at inquiry@avolay.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

• We make reasonable efforts to describe our products (including weight, shelf life, and storage instructions) accurately, but slight variations in appearance, weight, or packaging may occur.
• All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and, for international orders, customs/import duties, are additional and shown at checkout or explained in our Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy.
• We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, and product descriptions at any time without prior notice. If a pricing or listing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel for a full refund if you do not wish to proceed at the corrected price.
• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance — an order is accepted only once we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g. stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or a pricing error), in which case any payment made will be refunded.

• We accept payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net-banking, and supported wallets) and, on eligible domestic orders, Cash on Delivery, as further described in our Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy.
• Card, UPI, and net-banking payment details are processed directly by Razorpay under its own security standards; we do not store your full payment credentials.
• You confirm that any payment method you use is your own or that you are authorised to use it.

Shipping timelines, cancellation rights, and refund/replacement terms (including for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items) are set out in our Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Avolay dried avocado pulp is a food product intended for normal culinary use. Store and use it in line with the instructions on the packaging and the Site.
• If you have a known food allergy or intolerance, or specific dietary or medical requirements, check the ingredient and allergen information before consuming the product, and consult a medical professional if in doubt. Nothing on the Site is intended as medical or dietary advice.
• Report any suspected quality, safety, or contamination issue with a product immediately to inquiry@avolay.com so we can investigate.

The Site and its content — including the Avolay name and logo, product photography, text, graphics, and design — are owned by or licensed to Droite Brothers Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use in placing an order.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, or other users' accounts;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation (including via malware, scraping, or denial-of-service activity);
• post or transmit false, misleading, or infringing content through the Site; or
• resell products purchased through the Site in a manner that misrepresents them as coming directly from Avolay, without our written agreement (this does not restrict legitimate B2B resale under an agreed distribution/private-label arrangement).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

The Site uses third-party service providers (including for payments, shipping, hosting, and transactional email) to operate. Their services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for outages or issues caused by those third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving any resulting order issue.

• The Site and its content are provided "as is." While we take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and available, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Droite Brothers Private Limited's total liability arising from your use of the Site or a purchase — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or liability arising from our own fraud or wilful default.

You agree to indemnify and hold Droite Brothers Private Limited harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your misuse of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your non-waivable rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (including your right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission), the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

For B2B/bulk supply relationships governed by a separate signed agreement, the dispute resolution terms of that agreement will apply instead, to the extent they conflict with this Section.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above shows when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
